Rare Vacheron Constantin with ref 4752 in 18K Yellow Gold with caliber 1001 - Serviced
Beautiful Vacheron Constantin with reference 4752 with round cream dial and gold marks for the hours. The watch has a sub dial at 6 o’clock with original black cross. The hands are in gold with stick design. The watch comes with a 18K yellow gold VC crown. It is a 18K yellow gold case with engraved inside “Vacheron Constantin – Switzerland – 18K – 0.750 – 338547 – 4752”. The watch comes with a manual winding movement with caliber 1001 and 18 jewels. The watch has a new green lizard Camille Fournet strap and Vacheron Constantin buckle. Width between the lugs is 18mm. The watch has been serviced.
History
The company was founded in 1755 between the alliance of Jean-Marc Vacheron et Francois Constantin. Since 1880, the company trade and logo is the Maltese cross. Wristwatches came in 1910. With financial up and down, VC became part of the “SAPIC” Group. Jaeger lecoultre being also part of it, VC uses their movements. In 1996, the Groupe Vendome makes the acquisitions.
