Beautiful black dial ChronoSwiss with 2 sub dials, 12 o’clock for the minutes and 6 o’clock for the hours and date. Hours are marked with Arabic numerals and arrows. The hands are in stainless steel. The GMT hands is read. At 3 o’clock comes “ChronoSwiss” and 9 o’clock “GMT TimeMaster”. It is a Swiss Made model. The watch has a ceramic outer ring graduated up to 24. The crown has the onion style, proper to ChronoSwiss. The watch has a black steel back case with engraved in the back “ChronoSwiss S/N 1 D023 – Water Resistant 10 atm / 100m – Swiss Made – Stainless Steel – CH 7555.1”. Automatic movement with caliber C754 with 25 jewels. It has a black rubber strap ChronoSwiss and a ChronoSwiss folding clasp. Width between lugs is 21mm. FULL SET including box, warranty, manual of operations and tag.

History

Gerd-Rudiger Lang founded the company in 1983 and commits himself to create mechanical watches only. Chronoswiss is known for its Regulator by transferring the Regulator dial of clocks and pocket watches to the wristwatch. In 1990, the company started to manufacture its own movement and complete watches. In 1994, the Grand Regulateur is introduced to the market. In 1995, Chronoswiss introduces the Opus collection. 1998, the brand first subsidiary is founded in Bellport, NY. The same year the Pathos model is unveiled. The models are eclectic with chronographs, regulateurs, triple date, rattrapante or tourbillon. In 2012, Oliver Ebstein and his wife Eva bought the company. The company manufactures roughly 7000 watches per year.
