Jaeger Lecoultre Master Compressor Diving Alarm 165.T.96 with round black dial and white batons and Arabic numerals for 6, 9 and 12 o’clock. The hands are in titanium with white luminous. The date window is at 3 o’clock. The inner ring rotates to set-up the alarm. You have an outer ring for the minute. The watch comes with a gray bezel. Two crowns at 2 and 4 o’clock for the functions of the watch. It is a titanium case with engraved in the back “Jaeger Lecoultre – Master Compressor – Limited Series 1036/1500 – US Navy Seals – 1000 hours control – 30 ATM – Swiss Made – 2582191 – 160.T.96”. The watch has an automatic JLC movement with caliber 956 and 23 jewels. The watch has an original JLC Nato strap with original JLC buckle.
History
The story of Lecoultre started in 1833 with Charles Antoine LeCoultre. In 1844 he invented the “millionometre” and then in 1851, he obtained a gold medal for his work and products at the universal exhibition. In 1877, LeCoultre built movement and between 1860 and 1925, it made 60,000 with various level of complication. 1925 is the merger with Edmond Jaeger. After this time came amazing pieces like the duoplan and the smallest caliber 101. Then came the Reverso in 1931, the Memovox in 1951, the Futurematic in 1953. In july 2000, the company became part of the Richemont group.
