Beautiful Spiral VIP LE 83 Dubey & Schaldenbrand in 18K YG – Left hand – Full Set
Dubey & Schaldenbrand presents a world premiere with this watch: the Spirit VIP Chronograph moving in 3 dimensions
Exquisite 18K yellow gold round case with silver dial and 4 sub dials, 3 o’o’clock for AM/PM indicator and seconds, 6 o’clock for the 30 minutes chronograph and 12 o’clock for the 12-hour chronograph counter and moon phase. At 4 and 6 o’clock come the day and month. The watch has a blue outer ring for the date. Each hour is marked with a gold arrow.
It is a Swiss Made model. The hands are in gold with Sword style. In the center of the dial comes a blue mainspring. Being a lefty hand watch the crown with the cabochon and chrono pushers are at 9 o’clock. The lugs are covering the case. It is a 18K yellow gold case back with exhibition sapphire and engraved around Dubey & Schaldenbrand- Swiss Made – 18K – Spiral VIP 89”. It is a self-winding movement with caliber 7751 and 25 jewels. It is engraved on it “Swiss Hand Made”. The watch comes with a brown alligator strap and .750 gold DB buckle. Full set with box and international warranty.
History
The story of Dubey & Schaldenbrand started in 1946 with George Dubey, master watchmaker and teacher at the Technicum in La Chaux de Fonds and his partner Rene Schaldenbrand. Dubey invented the “One second split chronograph called Index Mobile”. In 1995, Cinette Robert bought the company. The style of the watches is a mix of retro design and contemporary technology. The company focuses on high-end parts, Swiss made fabrication methodologies and strict quality control. The iconic model of the brand is the “Aerodyn” with a curvex case. Dubey & Schaldenbrand is one of the last independent luxury brands with a traditional craftsmen spirit. The watches are handmade in respecting the ancestral traditions of horology.
